ATHENA INTEL is a cannabis pricing intelligence platform built for Connecticut dispensaries. It gathers publicly available menu data from every dispensary in the state and organizes it into an interactive dashboard — letting you compare prices, track changes, spot competitor moves, and generate competitive reports, all without lifting a finger.
What can I see on the dashboard?
ATHENA INTEL gives you a full suite of competitive tools: Compare Prices shows side-by-side product pricing. Promotions shows active deals at selected stores. Market Position reveals who has the cheapest and most expensive products in each category and weight class. Undercut Alerts flags every product where a competitor is beating your price. Product Gaps shows what competitors carry that you don't. Search & Reviews analyzes Google review sentiment. And the Intel Report generates a full head-to-head competitive analysis you can print or share.
How does the Intel Report work?
Select your dispensary and a competitor, then click Generate Report. ATHENA INTEL builds a comprehensive breakdown: pricing comparisons by category and weight, product overlaps, who wins on price in each segment, active promotions side-by-side, and product gaps. Click Export PDF to download a print-ready document.
How does the map work?
The Connecticut map shows every tracked dispensary. Click anywhere on the map to set a center point, then drag the radius slider (1–60 miles) to draw a circle. Every dispensary inside that circle gets automatically selected for comparison — useful for focusing on nearby competitors only.
What do the colors and percentages mean?
Throughout the dashboard, green means a competitor's price is higher than yours (you have the advantage), and red means their price is lower (they're beating you). No percentage shown means it's your own store — the baseline for all comparisons.
Can multiple people use ATHENA INTEL?
Yes. Each user gets their own independent session with private starred stores, selections, and reports. Multiple team members can use the dashboard at the same time without conflicts.
Does ATHENA INTEL work on mobile?
ATHENA INTEL is optimized for desktop and laptop screens since it's a data-heavy comparison tool. It will function on mobile, and the main feature available on mobile is the Search Strain tool, which lets you quickly look up pricing across dispensaries on the go. For the full experience with complete tables and reports side by side, a larger screen is recommended.
